I recently went in for a consultation for braces with this orthodontic office. This was technically my second consultation, but the first was five years ago when I inquired about Invisalign—and I left that experience feeling rushed and not fully informed. I decided to give the office another try, and I’m glad I did—at least initially. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was friendly and welcoming. The doctor this time around was much more thorough, took time to answer my questions, and made me feel comfortable about the process. That part of the experience was great and gave me hope that things had improved. Unfortunately, things took a turn when I met with the financial coordinator, Christy. Her demeanor was flat and unapproachable. When I inquired about advertised promotions or payment plans (such as the $100/month plan I had seen online), her response was, “I don’t know what they have online or in the ads.” “Other options require a credit check.” She immediately asked if I could pay the full $4,900 upfront, and when I explained that wasn’t feasible, she briefly mentioned a low down payment and monthly plan in a way that felt dismissive. Disclaimer: I can only account for my personal experience. However, when I say this was one of the most professional offices I have ever encountered. Years ago both of my children needed braces and we had State healthcare insurance. Not once, during any visit, did we have any issues. We were never treated less than, we never waited long, we always got excellent customer service and we always had competent, kind professionals working with us. I just wanted to give the office kudos, long over due. Make your appointment ASAP. They do good business, so they're going to be busy.

Had a great service today! Dr. Jacob's was so friendly and she explained everything before she got started. Trinity did an amazing job she also was very friendly and took the time to explain and show me how to do my rubber bands! Excellent services!!

Dr. Ison and his team are AMAZING! I went to them for braces and they did so well! They truly care about each and every one of their patients, and they are so kind. They have a way of making you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door! Even with other orthodontist offices closer in my area, it was worth making that little extra trip because they did so well. I 100% recommend them! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the best care!
